Partner Program

You use it. You’d recommend it anyway.
The recommendation may as well pay you.

When something takes an evening off a job, you say so — to your students, to your group, to whoever messaged you at 9pm asking which software to buy. That recommendation is worth real money to us, and it’s worth something to them: everyone who comes through you gets a longer free trial and a bigger proof allowance than the front page offers. So why should it be the one link in the chain that earns nothing? The Partner Program pays you a recurring share of everything your referrals pay, for two years, on PiperStitch and Proofs alike.

The first fifty partners are a founding group on a better rate. We keep the figures off the public site — register below and they open straight away.

Two minutes

The program, in the time it takes to make tea.

Then open the full details — rates, terms and a calculator.

The recommendation

It has to be true first

This only works if you already use PiperStitch and would send someone to it unpaid. That’s the whole basis of the program: fifty people whose audiences trust them are worth more to us than five hundred posting links. Say what you actually found — including the parts you’d change.

For them

They get more than the public offer

Your link isn’t a discount that makes us look cheap. It gives your people more: a longer free trial and a bigger proof allowance than anyone arriving from the front page, with no card and nothing to install. Your code works spoken aloud too, for a Live or a class where nothing is clickable.

For you

Every month they stay

A share of each invoice your referral pays — the subscription and the Proofs add-on both — for two years from their first payment, plus a flat bounty on each signup in your opening months. Recurring, not a one-off finder’s fee: the recommendation keeps paying for as long as it keeps being true.

“If you wouldn’t send your best customer to it, don’t send your audience to it. Everything else about this program is arithmetic.”

How we pick partners

Who it’s for

People embroiderers already trust.

Teachers, YouTubers, Facebook group owners, digitizers who train others, shop owners whose customers ask what they run. Size matters less than trust: a 2,000-member group where people actually ask you questions is worth more to us than a big account nobody listens to. If you’re already answering “what do you use?” every week, you’re the person we built this for.

  • You’ve used PiperStitch on a real order, and it earned its place. Partners only talk about what they’ve tried — your audience can tell the difference, and so can we.
  • Your audience comes first. If PiperStitch isn’t right for someone’s work, we’d rather you said so than made the sale; nobody’s trust is worth a month’s commission.
  • You’re happy to say plainly that you’re paid. The FTC requires it and so do we — we give you the exact wording, and it costs you nothing: people mind being sold to, not being told the truth.
  • You’d rather be honest than breathless. No “perfect every time”, no income claims, no comparisons by name. Show the stitches and let them decide.

The numbers

Tell us who you are and the full details open.

The rate, the bounty, the term, how and when we pay, and the partner terms in full — all on one page, with a calculator so you can see what your own audience would come to. It isn’t on the public site, because it’s money rather than marketing, and the people you recommend us to shouldn’t have to read our commercial terms first. This takes ten seconds, it isn’t the application, and it commits you to nothing; we’ll email you the same link so you can read it properly later.

Questions

The ones people ask first.

Doesn’t taking a commission make my recommendation worth less?

It would if it changed what you said — so the program is built so that it can’t. The terms forbid income claims, “perfect every time”, and comparisons to other software by name; we ask for a plain disclosure anywhere your link appears; and we’d far rather you told people what PiperStitch doesn’t do than oversold what it does. We watch for that, and a partner who starts selling instead of recommending isn’t one we want. Your audience’s trust is the whole asset here — ours as much as yours.

Why isn’t the rate on this page?

Because it’s a commercial arrangement, not an advertisement. Our subscribers shouldn’t have to wonder what the person recommending us earns before they’ve even been told there’s a program. Register above and you’ll have every figure a second later — we’re not being coy, just tidy.

Is registering the same as applying?

No. Registering just opens the details. The application is at the bottom of that page, once you know what you’d be signing up to, and we answer every one ourselves within a few days.

Do I have to use PiperStitch myself?

Yes — genuinely, on real work. The free trial is enough to start, and most partners end up subscribing because they’re reaching for it every week, which is rather the point. If you try it and it isn’t for you, don’t recommend it; we’d sooner hear why.

What does my audience get?

More product, not a discount: a longer free trial and a larger proof allowance than the public offer. No card, nothing to install. Your code also works spoken aloud, for Lives and classes where nothing is clickable.

What if I only know a handful of people?

Then a handful is what we’d expect, and it still pays every month they stay. Plenty of our best referrals come from one person in a guild or a Saturday class who everyone asks. There’s no quota and nothing to keep up with.

I was sent a link. Where do I go?

Open the link we emailed you — it goes straight to the details, no registration needed. If it’s expired, register above with the same email address and we’ll issue a fresh one.

You’d have recommended it anyway.

Fifty founding partners, a better deal for the people you send, and a share of it every month for two years. Ten seconds to read the terms.
